The Colorism Workshop for parents, provided by the LAUSD Black Student Achievement Plan, is designed to increase awareness and understanding of colorism and its impact on students, families, and school communities. The workshop explores how beliefs tied to skin tone can affect identity, self-esteem, academic experiences, and relationships, particularly for Black students. Parents are given tools and strategies to have meaningful conversations at home and to actively support positive racial identity development and equity in education.

PARENTS join us this Saturday 3/21/26 from 8:30am to 10:30am for a Healthy Gaming Workshop. Video Games are a big part of today's world, and when used in a healthy balanced way, they can support learning, creativity, and social connection. Come discuss responsible gaming habits with us!
